Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

These Terms are an agreement between you and the SoulOrbit legal developer or seller identified in the applicable app-store listing. By accessing or using SoulOrbit, you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 and have reached the legal age of majority where you live. Guardian consent does not make a minor eligible. If we learn that a user is a minor under that law, the restriction and deletion process in the Privacy Policy applies.

Provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and notify us of unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

3. Service and license

SoulOrbit grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for lawful personal purposes. Features may change to improve reliability, safety, compliance, or platform compatibility.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of text, records, and media you create. You grant SoulOrbit a limited license to host, encrypt, transmit, synchronize, transform, display, and delete that content only as needed to provide features you use. You must have the rights to content you upload or share.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, probe or bypass security, automate abusive requests, upload unlawful or infringing content, impersonate others, distribute malware, or interfere with another user's access. We may restrict activity that threatens users, infrastructure, or legal compliance.

6. Wellbeing boundary

SoulOrbit supports general wellbeing, habits, focus, planning, and private reflection. It does not diagnose, treat, prevent, or monitor disease and does not provide medical, psychological, legal, or emergency advice. Seek qualified or emergency help when needed.

7. Guide

Guide uses fixed local rules and does not provide generative-AI responses. Its suggestions are general prompts, may be incomplete, and must not replace professional judgment or urgent real-world support.

8. Fees and advertising

SoulOrbit is free and contains no subscription, in-app purchase, or advertising. If paid features are introduced later, price, renewal, cancellation, refund, and store terms will be shown before purchase and these Terms will be updated where required.

9. Privacy, backups, and deletion

The Privacy Policy explains data processing. Synchronization is not a guaranteed archival backup. Keep copies of important content. A verified deletion request locks the cloud account immediately and cannot be reversed after processing begins; device-local copies may require separate removal.

10. Third-party services

Operating-system features, app stores, networks, and infrastructure providers have their own terms. SoulOrbit is not responsible for third-party services outside our control, but we remain responsible where applicable law requires.

11. Intellectual property

SoulOrbit software, branding, visual assets, and documentation are owned by or licensed to the operator. These Terms do not transfer those rights or permit unauthorized copying, reverse engineering, or trademark use except where law cannot restrict it.

12. Suspension and termination

You may stop using SoulOrbit or request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated violations, security risk, legal necessity, or discontinuation. Mandatory rights and provisions intended to survive termination remain effective.

13. Availability and disclaimers

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. Notifications, synchronization, media transfer, and background work may be delayed by network, device, battery, or platform limits. To the extent law permits, we disclaim implied warranties not expressly stated here.

14. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, SoulOrbit is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, lost data, or lost opportunity. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.

15. Governing law and disputes

Contact esthermhysuppor@gmail.com first so we can try to resolve concerns informally. Mandatory consumer law and local jurisdiction rights continue to apply. Otherwise, the law and courts applicable to the operator identified in the store listing govern.

16. Apple terms

If you obtained SoulOrbit through Apple, these Terms are between you and SoulOrbit, not Apple. SoulOrbit, not Apple, is responsible for the app, maintenance, support, legally required warranties, product or regulatory claims, and intellectual-property claims. Your license is limited by Apple's Usage Rules; you must comply with applicable third-party terms and represent that you are not in a U.S.-embargoed territory or on a U.S. restricted-party list. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these app-license terms and may enforce them.

17. Google Play terms

If you obtained SoulOrbit through Google Play, these Terms are between you and SoulOrbit, not Google. SoulOrbit is responsible for the app, content, maintenance, support, and legally required warranties or claims. Your use of Google Play and its services remains subject to Google Play terms and policies. SoulOrbit offers no Google Play Billing product; any future purchase, cancellation, or refund will follow Google Play rules and mandatory consumer law.
